The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) needs capital improvements to the Marion S. Barry Jr. Building, aka OJS Building, (the “Building”) located at 441 4th Street NW, Washington DC 20001 (the “Project”) and is seeking an architect/engineer (“Architect/Engineer” “A/E” or “Contractor”) to perform work for the Project. This is an administrative building and is currently occupied by over twenty-five (25) District agencies.
