Determination and Findings for Sole Source Procurement-GPS Tracking Units and Monitoring Service

The District of Columbia, Department of General Services ("DGS/Department"), requires Vehicle and Equipment tracking and monitoring services for Fiscal Year 19. Inventory tracking and monitoring is required in all DGS Fleet and Heavy Machinery.
