The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a licensed Commercial Roofing Contractor (“Contractor”) to provide all labor, material, equipment, site supervision, inspection for the demolition of existing roofing system and removal from site, and the installation of the new roofing system (the “Project”).
