The District of Columbia Department of General Services on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals from offerors (“Offeror(s)”) to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer (the “A/E”) for a full range of architectural and engineering services associated with the modernization of Stead Park Recreation Center. The existing park and facility are located in Ward 2 at 1625 P Street NW.
