The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for the current Contractor, Community Bridge, Inc. (“CBI” or “Contractor”) to continue providing Grounds Maintenance Services for Group 1, 2 and 4, for an additional period no greater than fortyfive (45)-days, beginning on April 19, 2020 end ending on or before June 3, 2020.
