The Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department"), has an immediate need for the current Contractor’s listed above, to continue providing On-Call Construction, Maintenance and Repair Services for up to an additional twelve (12)-months following the current contract term of expiration. This will allow the Department ample time to solicit award of new contracts.

This is the fourteenth meeting in a series of monthly meetings to discuss actionable environmental safety testing results and remediation activity at District public buildings. Topic: Scope – Addition onto the current Barnard ES that will contain 12 classrooms, a Specials Lab and
support spaces for the school. This addition will serve as the replacement to the existing trailer complex
on site. The scope includes a new playfield, a green roof and an intense SWM package with bioretention
ponds and an overall sustainable site.
