DCAM-20-AE-RFP-0002-Architectural/Engineering Services for 19th and Lamont Streets, NW – Park and Storm water Improvements
The District of Columbia Department of General Services on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals from offerors (“Offeror(s)”) to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer (the “A/E”) for site improvements to the parcel located at 19th and Lamont Streets, NW. The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the Architectural Engineering design contract for the Project.
