The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of on behalf of the Office of Unified Communications (OUC), and Department of General Services (DGS) is requesting a proposal for the design and total cost estimates required to build a new 500 ft. tower including demolishing/removal of an existing 400 ft. tower (the “Project”). OUC is the District of Columbia’s Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for emergency (9-1-1) and non-emergency (3-1-1) calls.
