The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for the current Contractor, JDC Construction Co, LLC (“JDC” or “Contractor”) to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at the Department of Motor Vehicles (“DMV”) for an additional period of up-to four (4)-months and twenty-four (24)-days, through 31-May-2021 and until the Department awards a new contract.
