Sole Source Procurement-Consolidated Maintenance Services at the Frank D. Reeves Center
The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for the current Contractor, RSC Electrical & Mechanical (“RSC” or “Contractor”) to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at Frank D. Reeves Center (“Reeves”) for an additional period of up-to four (4)-months and twenty eight (28)-days, through 31-May-2021 and until the Department awards of a new contract.
