The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), by and through its Department of General Services, (“Department”) is seeking multiple Contractor(s) to provide City-wide Comprehensive Janitorial and Related Supplemental Services for various District owned and or operated facilities including municipal buildings, schools, parks and recreation centers, warehouse, and residential properties both occupied and vacant identified and grouped by specific Asset Classes.
