The awarded contractor(s) will be required to provide the Services at be directed by DGS, including without limitation any (i) areas located at any of those "Targeted properties" identified on Attachment A, (ii) any Targeted Roadways, or (iii) any other properties not within DGS's realestate portfolio. DGS reserves the right, at any time during the term of the contract to either add or remove properties, streets and roadways surrounding schools from the list of Targeted Properties.

The goal of this procurement is to establish multiple lndefinite Delivery lndefinite Quant¡ty (lDlQ) Contracts for Supplemental Snow Shoveling Services in accordance with 27 DCMR Chapter 47, Section 4720. The Contracts will provide the Department the vehicle to procure Supplemental Snow Shoveling Services on an as needed basis.

This IFB is designated only for certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) bidders under the provisions of the ,,Small and Certified Business Enterprise Development and Assistance Act of 2014", D.C. Official Code 2-218.01 et seq., as amended. ONLY Bidders that are certified by the D¡str¡ct of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSIBD) as a SBE are eligible. A copy of the certification acknowledgment letter must be submitted with the Bidder's Bid.
