Vendors can discuss unresolved concerns with the DGS Ombudsman - You (or your representative) can request a confidential dialog with the DGS Ombudsman to discuss concerns with the procurement process, delayed payments or request a review of a market violation notice if you believe there are extenuating circumstances that should be considered and remain unresolved. The complaint should be filed within 30 days of receiving a Market Violation Notice (MVN).
