The District of Columbia Government by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to qualified firms with weighted knowledge and skillset under Special Item Number (SIN) 522310 (Financial Advising, Loan Servicing and Asset Management Services) and 531210 (Financial Asset Resolution Services), to provide Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory Services, in accordance with the Scope of Work (“SOW”) Section [C]of this RFP, the District of Columbia's Department of General Services Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Services Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit J.1, and other associated Exhibits and Attachments in Section [J] of this RFP and the proposed Contract.
