The District of Columbia’s Department of General Services (“DGS”) is seeking offers on behalf of the Department of Human Services (“DHS”) for office space that satisfy the criteria listed below. Responsive offers, among other things, should provide space that is within one building and on contiguous floors. DHS will be the District agency initially occupying the proposed space.
