Topic: Join Mayor Muriel Bowser and community members to cut the ribbon on the new playground at Oyster-Adams Bilingual School. Come in costume as we celebrate Halloween and students participate in their annual “Kindness Walk” as part of Oyster’s annual Food Drive benefiting So Others Might Eat (SOME).
