The Department of General Services’ Facilities Maintenance Division (FMD) has an immediate and on-going need to complete roof management services including the operation and maintenance, assessment, reporting, and the completion of annual preventative maintenance checklists of FMD’s portfolio of buildings through September 30, 2022.
