The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking a Contractor to provide consolidated maintenance services including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) to ensure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) services at Roosevelt Senior High School is located at 4301 13th street NW Washington DC 20011  as described in Section J.9 Building Information for a base year and four (4) additional 1-year option periods.
 
This procurement is set-aside in the Sheltered Market Procurement and only Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) that are certified by the District’s Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) at the time of submission are eligible to participate. The Offeror shall submit with its proposal its CBE certification letter issued by DSLBD.
