The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a contractor to provide construction services for ADA renovations and improvements for three recreation centers, to bring the sites into compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessibility in Design: Volta Recreation Center (“Volta”), Sherwood Recreation Center (“Sherwood”), and Bald Eagle Recreation Center (“Bald Eagle”), together referenced as (the “Recreation Centers”).
