The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”), Contracts and Procurement Division, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a Contractor to provide the emergency roof repairs required to St. Elizabeth Building 90, located at 1100 Alabama Avenue, SE, Washington DC. (“Work” or “Project”).
