The Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a design-builder to perform limited interior and site renovations at Park View Elementary School also known as Bruce-Monroe Elementary School at Park View (“Bruce-Monroe”) located at 3650 Warder Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20010. In general, the renovations will include expansion and renovation of the kitchen/cafeteria space, site work, a new elevator and new HVAC systems.
