The Department of General Services (DGS) has a need to better access and utilize 4tell and the collected data. The following enhancements to the system have been identified to make it significantly more efficient to collate, sort, report and make the data available to Project Managers, DGS' Client Agencies and other systems within DGS that can benefit from connection to the 4tell data.
