The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “District”, “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to award up to three (3) qualified contractors (each a “Contractor”) to provide Strategic Management Consulting Services to the various divisions within the Department.
