The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, seeks to engage a single Contractor to provide fire alarm system upgrades for (6) Fire Emergency Medical Service facilities (“FEMS”) & (1) Metropolitan Police Department facility (“MPD”).
