The next meeting of the Eastern Market Community Advisory Committee (EMCAC) will take place virtually at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Mar. 24.  On the agenda for the meeting is an update on the strategic plan as well as on security at the weekend flea markets. Outdoor operating procedures in regard to COVID-19 precautions will also be discussed in view of possible changes.
