The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS”, “District” or “Department”), on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit the services of an architectural/engineering (“A/E”) firm to provide professional design services for the 4th District Headquarters District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department, located at 6001 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC (the “Project”).
