The Department of General Services has an immediate and continuing need to provide construction management services for the Department’s 801 East Men’s Shelter Project. The 801 East Men’s Shelter is one of several projects that comprise the Redevelopment of St.Elizabeths East Campus. The Contractor shall provide construction management services throughout the lifecycle of the project including design - pre-construction, construction, and project closeout.
