Details:
The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for Spectrum Management LLC (the “Contractor”) to continue providing property maintenance services for various District-Owned or controlled properties for an additional period of up-to twelve (12)-months, November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023. This additional twelve (12)-month extension will ensure the avoidance of any disruption to critical facility operations and service needs during the impending period.
