The District of Columbia Government Department of General Services ("District", "Department", or "DGS") on behalf of the District of Columbia Office on Aging ("DCOA'') is issuing this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") to engage two or more Small Business Enterprise (SBE) contractors ("Contractors") to provide all necessary construction services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials, but not limited to interior renovations, exterior renovations and MEP upgrades as called for in the Drawings and Specifications,
