AUTHORIZATION:
D.C. Code Section 2-354.04 and 27 DCMR Chapter 47, Section 4718
MINIMUM NEED:
The Department of General Services (DGS) utilizes Johnson Controls GSA Schedule GS-06F-0060P for Unscheduled Repair Services of the Metasystem building management system equipment to control the HVAC systems in various District facilities.
ESTIMATED FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE:
The estimated fair and reasonable price is $500,000.00
