The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("DGS" or "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer ("A/E" or "Architect") to provide a full range of architectural and engineering services necessary for the renovation or modernization of Eliot-Hine Middle School ("Project").
