The Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") to engage a contractor to provide HVAC construction services for the District of Columbia Archives Facility at Naylor Court ("DC Archives") located at 1300 Naylor Court, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The building currently houses the District's archival records, the majority of which are paper documents (stored in boxes); a small portion of the archival collection includes other sensitive artifacts.
