The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, seeks to engage a single Contractor to provide Garage, Roll-up, Overhead and Apparatus Bay Door Inspection, Testing, Maintenance (ITM) & Repair/Replacement Services for various facilities citywide (the “Servies”).
