The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (the “CMAR” or the “Contractor”) for the construction of Southeast Tennis & Learning Center (“SETLC”) South Campus (the “Project”), located at 701 Mississippi Ave SE, Washington, DC 20032.
