The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an urgent need for RWD Consulting LLC (the “Contractor” or “RWD”) to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at the John A. Wilson Building for a temporary emergency period not to exceed 120-days.
