The District of Columbia Government, Department of General Services (the “District”, “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (“DMPED”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB” or “Solicitation”) to seek a highly qualified contractor (“Contractor”) to provide all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the 13th Street SE Infrastructure Improvements Project.
