The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”), executed Contract No. DCAM-19-CS-RFQ-0001AF (the “Contract”) with Columbia Enterprises, Inc. (“Columbia” or the “Contractor”) on January 10, 2020, for the 16th St. Playground and Park Upgrade Project (the “Project”).The Department would like to issue a sole source contract to Columbia Enterprises, Inc.
