The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is soliciting a Design-Builder to design and build/upgrade the W Street NE Field Office Facility.This includes design and construction/installation of a new prefab modular structure office building to replace the current seven trailer units to provide offices and support spaces for employees of the Department of Transportation (“DDOT”).
