The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) seeks to engage one (1) Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) firm, certified by the D.C. Department of Small & Local Business Development (“DSLBD”) as a SBE (the “Contractor”), to provide parking lot management services, as described herein, at the parking lots.
