The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS”, “District” or “Department”), on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and Department of Corrections (DOC), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit the services of an architectural/engineering (“A/E”) firm to provide professional design services for the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) to build out tenant spaces which will serve as swing space while the Daly Building is being renovated.
