The National Weather Service (NSW) has issued a Heat Advisory for the District of Columbia, which is in effect from 12PM-8PM.
What: Heat index values near 106 degrees east of the Blue Ridge Mountains with temperatures in the upper 90s to near 100 degrees.
Where: Portions of The District of Columbia.
Impacts: Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses to occur.

DGS in partnership with its ESPC advisor NV5 awarded this contract to CMTA, an Energy Services Company (ESCO).

Topic: Scope – Addition onto the current Barnard ES that will contain 12 classrooms, a Specials Lab and
support spaces for the school. This addition will serve as the replacement to the existing trailer complex
on site. The scope includes a new playfield, a green roof and an intense SWM package with bioretention
ponds and an overall sustainable site.
