The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("District", "Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to solicit Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from those entities ("Offerors") interested in performing on-call construction, repair and replacement services for various District of Columbia owned properties within the DGS construction portfolio and maintenance facility locations ("Project Locations").
